Your Notion data is accessed directly from your device only.
When you authorize access of Notion pages/databases to Notion Widgets, a token is created by Notion to authenticate the access to the pages/databases. This token is stored solely on your device. The Notion Widgets app uses this token to request data directly from the Notion server.
To enhance the app's performance and address issues effectively, we collect diagnostic information, including app crash logs, error logs, and device type.
We have implemented stringent security measures to safeguard the token and the data accessed from the Notion server. The token remains encrypted and securely stored on your device only, ensuring that your data is protected at all times.
You have complete control over the access and use of your data within the Notion Widgets app. You can revoke access at any time through the app settings and/or your Notion workspace settings.
